Immunoblot against brain membranes from adult rat (RBM) or from Slo2.1 knockout (MBM-Slo2.1 KO) or wild-type (MBM-WT) mice probed with N11/33 (left) or N52A/42 (right) TC supe. Mouse brains courtesy of Chris Lingle (Washington University).Adult rat hippocampal immunohistochemistry.
Surface immunofluorescence (no detergent permeabilization) of cultured rat hippocampal neuron transfected with HA-tagged Kv2.1 plasmid. Red = K39/25. Scale bar = 20 m. Reproduced from 2000 Lim et al Neuron (PMID 10719893).Adult rat brain membrane immunoblot
Immunoprecipitation analysis of TRPC5 protein in brain microsomes extracted from wild-type (WT) and TRPC5 knockout (KO) littermates. Courtesy of Dr. David Clapham (HHMI/Harvard Medical School).Adult rat hippocampal immunohistochemistry.

Cell-surface-expressed ADAM22 (F, magenta) and cell-surface-bound LGI1 (G, magenta) were live-labelled. After fixation and permeabilization, ADAM22 (total) was stained (Cat. 75-083; green), with nuclear DNA (blue, F and upper panel in G). ADAM22 S905F is on the cell surface binds to LGI1 as the wild-type. When ADAM22 C401Y is expressed, no cell-surface-bound LGI1 is detected. White squares are total expression of ADAM22 (F) and LGI1–FLAG (lower panel in G, blue). CC-BY-4.0. PMID:37953841Immunoblot versus membranes from postnatal day 8 wild-type (wt) and ADAM22-knockout (ko) mice and probed with N46/30 (left) and N57/2 (right).
