Eliminate non-specific binding in immunohistochemistry through using our range of blocking buffers. These reagents may also be used in ELISA and Western Blotting.
Case study - Dual (Peroxidase & Alk Phos) Endogenous Blocking Reagent.
Endogenous peroxidase and pseudoperoxidase activity is found in many frozen, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections and cell smears. This blocking reagent has been engineered to effectively quench signal from endogenous enzymes thus significantly reducing background IHC staining. The reagent blocks activity of both endogenous peroxidases as well as alkaline phosphatase.
