Neuregulin-CRD (Cysteine-rich domain, Type III)
Neuregulin 1 is encoded by the gene NRG1. NRG1 is a member of the neuregulin family. NRG1 is a membrane glycoprotein that mediates cell-cell signaling and plays a critical role in the growth and development of multiple organ systems. NRG1 is expressed in the nervous system, intestine, muscle, and heart. Diseases associated with NRG1 include Schizphrenia 6 and Lung Cancer.
