Anti-Neuregulin-CRD (Cysteine-Rich Domain, Type III) Antibody FL594 Conjugate
Bulk Order Anti-Neuregulin-CRD (Cysteine-Rich Domain, Type III) Antibody FL594 Conjugate
Neuregulin-CRD (Cysteine-rich domain, Type III)
Neuregulin 1 is encoded by the gene NRG1. NRG1 is a member of the neuregulin family. NRG1 is a membrane glycoprotein that mediates cell-cell signaling and plays a critical role in the growth and development of multiple organ systems. NRG1 is expressed in the nervous system, intestine, muscle, and heart. Diseases associated with NRG1 include Schizphrenia 6 and Lung Cancer.
Purified by Protein A chromatography
Fusion protein amino acids 1-75 (membrane-associated N-terminus) of human Neuregulin-1 (accession number Q96IB3) produced recombinantly in E. Coli
Aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
