Our Anti-TrpM6 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N470/22. It detects human TrpM6, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC.
Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 6 or TrpM6 is encoded by the gene TRPM6. TrpM6 is a member of the transient receptor potential ion channel family and acts as a serine/threonine-protein kinase. TrpM6 has an essential function in magnesium transport and is involved with magnesium absorption in the gut and kidney. TRPM6 is primarily expressed in the kidney, colon, GI tract and placenta kidney. Mutations in this gene are associated with hypomagnesemia with secondary hypocalcemia.
Purified by Protein A chromatography
Fusion protein amino acids 1258-1480 (cytoplasmic C-terminus) of human TrpM6 (accession number Q9BX84) produced recombinantly in E. Coli
Aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
