This is pan and reacts with PTPRF, Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type D (PTPRD) or Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type S (PTPRS) which are all members of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. These proteins are signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation.
Purified by Protein A chromatography
PTPRF LAR PTPRD PTPRS
85 kDa (full-length is 210 kDa, smaller due to proteolysis into P-subunit containing transmembrane and intracellular domains)
Fusion protein amino acids 1315-1607 (cytoplasmic C-terminus) of human LAR (accession number P10586) produced recombinantly in E. Coli
Human, Mouse, Rat
Aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
PBS with 0.09% azide
FL490 Ex: 491 nm, Em: 515 nm
Cross-reacts with PTPRD or PTPRS
Each new lot of antibody is quality control tested by western blot on rat whole brain lysate and confirmed to stain the expected molecular weight band.
These antibodies are to be used as research laboratory reagents and are not for use as diagnostic or therapeutic reagents in humans.
