Anti-Arl13b Antibody (N295B/66)

Our mouse Arl13b monoclonal antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from clone N295B/66. It detects human, mouse, non-human primate, rat, Xenopus, and zebrafish Arl13b and is purified by Protein A chromatography. Works in WB, IHC, ICC, ELISA.

Primary cilium formation in hTERT-RPE1 cells treated with siRNA: control (a), UBQLN4 (b), BAG6 (c), and RNF126 (d). At 72 h after transfection, hTERT-RPE1 cells were serum-starved for 24 h to trigger ciliogenesis, and the distribution of ARL13B, a marker for primary cilia, was observed (Cat. 75-287 green). ALMS1 KO1 (p.Glu2462Glyfs∗8, p.Ser2846Argfs∗10), ALMS1 KO2 (p.Asp2458Argfs∗7, p.Ser2846Lysfs∗38) and control hTERT-RPE1 cells were stained for ARL13B (cilia, cat. 75-287, 1:500; magenta) and ALMS1, acetylated tubulin or γ-tubulin (green). In control cells, ALMS1 was detected at the basal body. In the two ALMS1 KO cell lines ALMS1 was lost at the cilium.
