Bulk Order Anti-Neuroligin-3 Antibody FL594 Conjugate
Neuroligin3 is encoded by the gene NLGN3. Neuroligin3 is a transmembrane scaffolding protein and cell adhesion molecule. It is involved in cell-cell interactions in neurons and in other cell types. It is expressed in many tissues, including the brain where it is located at the postysynaptic membrane and is involved in regulation of excitatory synapses, synapse formation and synaptic transmission. Mutations in this gene may be associated with autism and Asperger syndrome.
Purified by Protein A chromatography
Fusion protein amino acids 730-848 (intracellular C-terminus) of rat Neuroligin-3 (accession number AAA97871) produced recombinantly in E. Coli
Aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
PBS with 0.09% azide
FL594 Ex: 594 nm, Em: 615 nm
Does not cross-react with Neuroligin-1, -2, -4 or -4*
Each new lot of antibody is quality control tested by western blot on rat whole brain lysate and confirmed to stain the expected molecular weight band.
These antibodies are to be used as research laboratory reagents and are not for use as diagnostic or therapeutic reagents in humans.
