Bulk Order Anti-Mitofusin-1 Antibody FL594 Conjugate
Mitofusin 1, or transmembrane GTPase Mfn1 (MFN1) is a mitochondrial membrane protein with GTPase activity that functions to aid mitochondrial clustering and fusion. It may also play a role in mitochondrial metabolism. It is expressed in the outer membrane of mitochondria in many tissues, including heart and testis. Diseases associated with MFN1 include Optic Atrophy 1 and Autosomal Recessive Spastic Paraplegia .
Purified by Protein A chromatography
Fusion protein amino acids 350-580 of mouse Mitofusin-1 (accession number Q811U4) produced recombinantly in E. Coli
Aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
