Kv11.3 potassium channel
ERG3 (ether-a-go-go–related gene 3), Potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily H member 7, or Kv11.3 potassium channel is encoded by the gene Kcnh7 and is a member of the ERG family of voltage activated potassium channels. Kv11.3 is a pore forming, alpha subunit of the potassium channel. Erg channels play roles in regulating the resting membrane potential and action potential duration. Kv11.3 is detected in total brain, in superior cervical, mesenteric and celiac ganglia, and at very low levels in retina and is also found in pituitary.

Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
