Our Anti-INPP4b mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N171/17. It detects human INPP4b, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC.
Inositol polyphosphate 4-phosphatase type II is encoded by the gene INPP4B. INPP4B is a member of the inositol 3,4-bisphosphate 4-phosphatase family. INPP4B is an enzyme involved in phosphatidylinositol pathways. This enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of the 4-position phosphate of phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate, inositol 1,3,4-triphosphate, and inositol 3,4-triphosphate. The lipid phosphatase activity is critical for tumor suppressor function. INPP4B activity modulates cell cycle progression and cell survival. INPP4B is widely expressed with the highest levels occuring in the skeletal muscle and heart. No disorders were found to be associated with INPP4B.
Purified by Protein A chromatography
Fusion protein amino acids 395-518 of human INPP4b (accession number O15327) produced recombinantly in E. Coli
Aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
