G-protein coupled receptor kinase 6 is encoded by the gene GRK6. GRK6 is a member of the protein kinase superfamily, AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase family, GPRK subfamily. GRK6 phosphorylates the activated forms of G-protein coupled receptors, thus initiating their deactivation. GRK6 is expressed in the brain in striatal neurons and spleen. No disorders were found to be associated with GRK6.

Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
