Bulk Order Anti-GluN3A/NR3A Antibody FL550 Conjugate
Glutamate receptor ionotropic, NMDA3A, N-Methyl-D-Aspartate Receptor Subtype 3A or GluN3A is encoded by the gene GRIN3A. GluN3A is a subunit of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor, which is a subtype of channel forming ionotropic glutamate receptor which is permeable to cations including calcium, potassium and sodium. GluN3a is expressed in the CNS especially in development and appears to play a role in delaying synapse maturation. Diseases associated with GRIN3A include Macrodactyly
Purified by Protein A chromatography
Fusion protein amino acids 58-87 or 152-176 (extracellular N-terminus) of mouse GluN3A (accession number A2AIR5) produced recombinantly in E. Coli
Aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
