Our Anti-Foxi2 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N349/96. It detects mouse Foxi2, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC.
Forkhead Box I2 is encoded by the gene FOXI2. FOXI2 is a possible transcription activator. FOXI2 is expressed in 29 organs with the highest levels detected in the branchial arch ectoderm (mouse). Diseases associated with FOXI2 include Coloboma of Macula.

Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
