Immunoblot against isolated cilia and extracts of COS cells transiently transfected with GFP-tagged DNAIC1 or untagged Kv2.1 plasmid probed with UNC 18.104.22.168 (left) or N52A/42 (right) TC supe.
Bulk Order Anti-DNAIC1 Antibody
Dynein intermediate chain 1, axonemal or DNAIC1 is encoded by the gene DNAI1 and is a member of the dynein intermediate chain family. DNAI1 is an intermediate chain dynein in respiratory cilia. This protein has varied functions including development of respiratory function, motility of spermatozoa, and asymmetrical organization of the viscera during embryogenesis. Diseases associated with DNAI1 include Ciliary Dyskinesia and Kartagener Syndrome.
Purified by Protein A chromatography
Synthetic peptide amino acids 22-41 (RGTRKRDEDSGTEVGEGTDE) of human DNAIC1 (accession number Q9UI46).
Aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
