Anti-Teneurin-3 Recombinant Chicken Chimeric mAb

Our chicken Anti-Teneurin-3 recombinant monoclonal antibody is a chimeric antibody derived from NeuroMab clone N497/10. It detects human, mouse, and rat Teneurin-3 and is purified by affinity chromatography. Works in ELISA, ICC, IHC, WB.

Western blotting of rat brain membrane with NeuroMab anti-Teneurin-3 mouse mAb TC supe (Clone N497/10) and with Aves Labs anti-Teneurin-3 recombinant chicken mAb antibody (Cat No. 78-532) recognizing endogenous Teneurin-3 at ~300 kDa with similar sensitivity. The mouse mAb and chicken mAb were detected with anti-mouse-HRP and anti-chicken-HRP (Cat No. 80-1000-HRP), respectively.
Immunohistochemistry staining of cerebellum region from adult rats using anti-Teneurin-3 NeuroMab mouse monoclonal antibody (Clone N497/10). The variable region of this antibody was used to generate recombinant chicken chimeric anti-Teneurin-3 antibody (Cat No. 78-532).
