Anti-GABA-A-R, Alpha1 Antibody (N95/35)

Our mouse GABA(A)R, Alpha1 monoclonal antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from clone N95/35. It detects human, mouse, rat, and Xenopus GABA(A)R, Alpha1 and is purified by Protein A chromatography. Works in WB, IHC, ICC, IP, ELISA.

The distribution of both α1 (Cat. 75-136, 1:1000; green) and α6 (red) subunits was investigated on the cerebellar granule cells. Both subunits were each co-stained with the inhibitory GABAergic presynaptic neuronal marker protein vGAT (blue). α6 immunoactivity was present along the neurite and α1 was predominately present in synapses opposing the pre-synaptic vGAT (E), where α6 also often co-localized (indicated by arrow heads, D,F).
