Anti-TAT (Thrombin-antithrombin) Antibody (22)
Our mouse TAT (Thrombin-antithrombin) monoclonal antibody from Antibodies Incorporated is produced in-house from clone 22. It detects human TAT (Thrombin-antithrombin) and is Protein A or Protein G purified. Works in ELISA, IHC.
Immunohistochemistry detection of TAT (Thrombin-antithrombin) in human tonsil tissue using Anti-TAT (Thrombin-antithrombin) Antibody (Cat. ABS 014-22-010). Tissue was mounted and pariffin fixed. Heat induced antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer, heated, and then blocked. After washing, the primary antibody (Cat. ABS 014-22-010) was incubated with the sample at a dilution of 1:30. Moderate staining intensity of the plasma of the veins.

Product Details
TAT (Thrombin-antithrombin)
Thrombin (Factor IIa) is an enzyme, a serine protease, which participates in blood clotting. It is formed when prothrombin (Factor II) is proteolytically cleaved to form thrombin, which is glycoprotein formed by two peptides chains of 36 and 259 amino acids. Thrombin converts soluble fibrinogen into insoluble strands of fibrin and is then neutralized by antithrombin in order to for a thrombin-antithrombin (TAT) complex.
