Anti-c-FOS Recombinant Chicken Chimeric mAb (N486/32)

Our Anti-c-FOS chicken recombinant primary antibody from Aves Labs is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N486/32. It detects human, mouse, and rat c-FOS, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is great for use in WB, IHC, ICC, ELISA.

Western blotting of serum starved (24 h) and serum stimulated (2 h) HeLa cells using Aves Labs anti-c-Fos recombinant chicken monoclonal antibody (Cat. 78-506). The chicken mAb was detected with anti-chicken-HRP (Cat. 80-1000-HRP). Aves Labs Recombinant Chicken anti-c-Fos mAb recognizes endogenous c-Fos in the serum stimulated HeLa cells at ~65 kDa.
Immunofluorescent staining of serum starved (24 h) and serum stimulated (2 h) HeLa cells using indicated dilutions of Aves Labs anti-c-Fos recombinant chicken monoclonal antibody (Cat. 78-506) using goat anti-chicken IgY CF®488 secondary antibody (Cat. 80-1001-488) (green). DAPI nuclear stain (blue) shows cell nuclei. The cells were mounted with Antibodies Incorporated Fluoroshield with DAPI mounting medium (Cat. AR-6501). Anti-c-Fos specifically stains the nuclei of serum stimulated HeLa cells. ​

Immunohistochemistry staining of hippocampus region from adult rats treated with pilocarpine to induce seizures (top) and with saline (bottom) using anti-c-Fos antibody. The sections were stained with Antibodies Incorporated anti-c-Fos NeuroMab mouse monoclonal antibody (Cat. 75-506). The variable region of this antibody was used to generate recombinant chicken chimeric anti-c-Fos antibody (Cat. 78-506).
