Coronal sections of rat cerebellum, stained with human patient autoantibodies (E, red) and anti-vGlut1 (F, green labeling, Cat no 75-066, 1:300). Colocalization was not observed when mixing the anti-VGlut1 with the autoantibodies (merge G, red labeling + green labeling), In addition, autoantibody labeling was identified with Cy3 red labeling, while the antibodies were identified with Alexa488 green labeling.
