Kirrel3 short and long
Kirre Like Nephrin Family Adhesion Molecule 3 is encoded by the gene KIRREL3. KIRREL3 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, nephrin-like protein family. KIRREL3 is a synaptic cell adhesion molecule with multiple extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains and a cytoplasmic PDZ domain-binding motif. KIRREL3 is expressed in brain, bone marrow, and stromal cells. Diseases associated with KIRREL3 include Autosomal Dominant Non-Syndromic Intellectual Disability and Autosomal Dominant Non-Syndromic Intellectual Disability 4.
