Store at 4°C in the dark. Under these conditions, the antibodies should have a shelf life of at least 12 months (provided they remain sterile). Production Notes

Chickens were immunized with purified, non-denatured rabbit IgG (containing both heavy and light chains). Eggs were collected from hyperimmunized hens and the IgY fraction purified from the yolks. Anti-Rabbit IgG’s were affinity-purified over a column conjugated with purified rabbit IgG (containing both heavy and light chains) and then conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate.

There is no detectable cross-reactivity with goat, human or mouse IgG.
