ZIP3 is part of the ZIP family of zinc transporter proteins which maintain cellular zinc homeostasis. ZIP3 has been shown to play a role in the reuptake and cellular retention of Zn in the mammary gland (Kelleher SL et al., 2009).

Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
