Bulk Order Anti-SALM5/LRFN5 Antibody FL490 Conjugate
Leucine Rich Repeat and Fibronectin Type III Domain Containing 5 is encoded by the gene LRFN5. LRFN5 is a member of the LRFN family. LRFN5 is a cell adhesion molecule that mediates homophilic cell-cell adhesion in a Ca(2+)-independent manner. LRFN5 promotes neurite outgrowth in hippocampal neurons. LRFN5 is expressed in the brain. No disorders were found to be associated with LRFN5.
Purified by Protein A chromatography
Lrfn5 Kiaa4208 Salm5
~110 kDa (larger than calculated 80 kDa due to post-translational modification)
Fusion protein amino acids 551-719 (cytoplasmic C-terminus) of mouse SALM5 (accession number Q8BXA0) produced recombinantly in E. Coli
Aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugation of purified mAb. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
PBS with 0.09% azide
FL490 Ex: 491 nm, Em: 515 nm
Does not cross-react with SALM1
Each new lot of antibody is quality control tested on cells overexpressing target protein and confirmed to give the expected staining pattern.
These antibodies are to be used as research laboratory reagents and are not for use as diagnostic or therapeutic reagents in humans.
