Rufy3 (RUN And FYVE Domain Containing 3) or rap2 interacting protein x,single axon-related 1 (RIPX) contains a RUN domain and two coiled-coil domains. It is implicated in the formation of a single axon by developing neurons and is thought to play a role in the generation of neuronal polarity formation and axon growth.
Diseases associated with RUFY3 include Gastric Cancer
