Bulk Order Anti-Nav1.8 Na+ Channel Antibody FL490 Conjugate
Nav1.8 Na+ channel
NAV1.8 is a member of the voltage-gated sodium channel family, which function in producing and propagating action potentials. Sodium channels are composed of a large alpha subunit that may be associated with one or more smaller beta subunits. Nav 1.8 is an integral membrane glycoprotein that is responsible for the initial rising phase of action in most excitable cells. Nav 1.8 is expressed in neurons in the dorsal root ganglion (DRG). and appears to have a role in pain pathways.
Purified by Protein A chromatography
Fusion protein amino acids 1724-1956 (cytoplasmic C-terminus) of rat Nav1.8 (accession number Q62968) produced recombinantly in E. Coli
