Anti-Mitochondria Recombinant Chicken Chimeric mAb (113-1)
Our chicken Anti-Mitochondria recombinant monoclonal antibody is a chimeric antibody derived from clone 113-1. It detects human Mitochondria and is purified by affinity chromatography. Works in ELISA, WB, IHC, ICC.
 and Antibodies Inc. mouse anti-Mortalin/GRP75 antibody (Cat No. 75-127). The cells were fixed with 3% paraformaldehyde, washed with PBS, and blocked/permeabilized with 5% non-fat milk powder in PBST. The anti-Mitochondria antibody (Cat No. 78-607) and the anti-Mortalin/GRP75 antibody were incubated with the sample at a dilution of 1:400 (0.5 ug/mL) and 1:500 (2 ug/mL), respectively, at 4C overnight. After washing with PBST, the cells were stained using goat anti-chicken IgY CF488 secondary antibody (Cat No. 80-1001-488) (green) and goat anti-mouse 594 secondary antibody (red). The staining revealed a complete overlap between the signal from the chicken anti-Mitochondria antibody and the mouse anti-Mortalin antibody specifically in the cell mitochondria only in HeLa cells. The cells were mounted with Antibodies Incorporated Fluoroshield with DAPI mounting medium (Cat No. AR-6501).  and PhosphoSolutions anti-Mitochondria mouse monoclonal antibody [113-1] (Cat No. 1155-MIT). 4-12% Bis-Tris gel was loaded with 20 ug of HeLa and NIH3T3 cell lysates. Proteins were transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk powder. Anti-Mitochondria chicken (Cat No. 78-607) (lanes 1, 2) and anti-Mitochondria mouse (Cat No. 1155-MIT) (lanes 3, 4) antibodies were incubated with the membrane at a concentration of 1:1000 (1ug/ml). The primary antibodies were then detected via chemiluminescence (6 seconds) using a goat anti-Chicken H+L, HRP conjugated (lanes 1, 2) or goat anti-mouse H+L, HRP conjugated (lanes 3, 4) secondary antibodies.
