Anti-Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH) Antibody
Keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH)
KLH (Keyhole Limpet hemocyanin) or Hemocyanin 2-c chain tag is a high molecular weight copper containing glycoprotein. KLH is commonly used as a carrier protein and elicits an immune response in animals and humans.
Identified as off-target mAb in screen for anti-Navbeta1 Neuromabs (immunogen was KLH-conjugatedsynthetic peptide amino acids 183-218, cytoplasmic C-terminus, of rat Navbeta1).Target identified as KLH by ELISA against other KLH-conjugated synthetic peptides.
Store at ≤ -20 C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8 C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
