Anti-GIT1 Antibody (N39B/8)
Our Anti-GIT1 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N39B/8. It is KO validated, detects human, mouse, and rat GIT1, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, IP, WB.

Sliced human breast tumor was stained using Anti-GIT1 antibody (NeuroMab, Cat. No. 75-094, Clone N39/8, 1000x), then followed by anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody, Alexa FluorTM (Invitrogen, A-21425) and DAPI for nuclei. Scale bar 10 μm.
