Anti-CNPase Antibody

Our Anti-2',3'-cyclic-nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase (CNP) rabbit polyclonal primary antibody detects human, mouse, and rat 2',3'-cyclic-nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase (CNP), and is whole serum. It is validated for use in ICC, WB.

Western blot analysis using rabbit anti-CNP antibody (red, 1:5,000). [2] rat brain, [3] rat spinal cord, [4] mouse brain, [5] mouse spinal cord, and [6] cow spinal cord. Double bands at 46 and 48 kDa correspond to the two CNP isotypes. The blot was simultaneously probed with mouse anti-calretinin antibody (green, 29 kDa).
