Anti-CALB1/Calbindin (L109/57) Recombinant Chicken Chimeric mAb (L109/57)

Our chicken Anti-CALB1/Calbindin recombinant monoclonal antibody is a chimeric antibody derived from NeuroMab clone L109/57. It detects human, mouse, and rat CALB1/Calbindin, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is great for use in AT, ICC, IHC, WB.

Western blotting of rat brain homogenate with Antibodies Incorporated anti-CALB1 (calbindin) mouse mAb (Cat. 75-448) and Aves Labs anti-CALB1 recombinant chicken mAb (Cat. 78-448) antibodies (10 µg/ml). The mouse Mab and chicken mAb were detected with anti-mouse-HRP and anti-chicken-HRP, respectively. Recombinant chicken anti-CALB1 mAb recognizes endogenous CALB1 with similar sensitivity as the anti-CALB1 NeuroMab in the rat brain homogenate at ~30 kDa.
