Anti-Beta1-Spectrin Antibody (N385/21)

Our mouse Beta1-spectrin monoclonal antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from clone N385/21. It detects human, mouse, and rat Beta1-spectrin and is purified by Protein A chromatography. Works in WB, IHC, ICC, IP, ELISA.

Expansion microscopy of murine red blood cells immunolabelled for BI-spectrin (Cat. 75-374, 1:200, green) was performed. Local Maxima analysis and Nearest Neighbor Distance distributions were calculated to report the inter-epitope distance (368 ± 129 nm, 92 ± 32 nm when corrected for the 4x expansion factor, n= 8 cells).
