Anti-Nuclei Antibody (235-1)

Our Anti-Nuclei primary antibody from PhosphoSolutions is mouse monoclonal. It detects human nuclei and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ELISA, IHC, ICC.

Immunofluorescent staining for detection of nuclei in HeLa cells using PhosphoSolutions anti-Nuclei (human-specific) mouse monoclonal antibody (Cat No. 1590-NUC). The cells were fixed with 3% paraformaldehyde, washed with PBS, and blocked/permeabilized with 5% non-fat milk powder in PBST. The anti-Nuclei antibody (Cat No. 1590-NUC) was incubated with the sample at a dilution of 1:1000 (1 µg/mL) at 4°C overnight. After washing with PBST, the cells were stained using goat anti-mouse Alexa Fluor 488 (green). Actin filaments were stained using Phalloidin (red). The cells were mounted with Antibodies Incorporated Fluoroshield with DAPI mounting medium (Cat No. AR-6501). DAPI nuclear stain (blue) shows cell nuclei. The staining revealed a complete overlap between the signal from the mouse anti-Nuclei antibody and DAPI nuclear stain. Magnification 400X.
Immunofluorescent staining of HeLa and NIH3T3 cells using PhosphoSolutions anti-Nuclei (human specific) mouse monoclonal antibody [235-1](Cat No. 1590-NUC). The cells were fixed with 3% paraformaldehyde, washed with PBS, and blocked/permeabilized with 5% non-fat milk powder in PBST. The anti-Nuclei antibody (Cat No. 1590-NUC) was incubated with the sample at a dilution of 1:1000 (1 µg/mL) at 4°C overnight. After washing with PBST, the cells were stained using goat anti-mouse Alexa Fluor 488 (green). The cells were mounted with Antibodies Incorporated Fluoroshield with DAPI mounting medium (Cat No. AR-6501). DAPI nuclear stain (blue) shows cell nuclei. The staining revealed a complete overlap between the signal from the mouse anti-Nuclei antibody and DAPI nuclear stain in HeLa cells, with no staining observed in mouse NIH3T3 cells.
