Anti-Nuclear Pore Complex Protein Nup107 Antibody (39C7)
Our Anti-Nuclear pore complex protein Nup107 mouse monoclonal primary antibody detects human, mouse, rat, and yeast Nuclear pore complex protein Nup107, and is culture supernatant. It is validated for use in ICC.
Human HeLa Cells grown in tissue culture and stained with Chicken antibody to Vimentin C-1409-50 (red) and Mouse monoclonal antibody to Nuclear Pore Complex [39C7] M-1397-250 (green). The Vimentin filaments in the cytoplasm of the cells are clearly visible in red, while the nuclear pore complex is also visible in green. The 39C7 antibody recognizes nuclear pore complexes in all eukaryotes tested to date. Picture taken with a Zeiss 40X objective and documented with a Digital SPOT camera.

Spin the vial briefly before opening it. Reconstitute in 250 uL sterile-filtered, room temperature, ultrapure water. Let the vial rehydrate for 5 minutes. Mix gently with a pipette tip to help the redissolution of the material. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. The final solution will contain no preservatives. A sterile technique is recommended. After reconstitution of lyophilized antibody, aliquot and store at -20°C for a higher stability. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Lyophilized
Concentrated cell culture supernatant.
Lyophilized hybridoma cell culture media with sodium azide.
ICC: 1:50-1:500
