Anti-Complement C5b-9 Antibody (aE11)

Our mouse Complement C5b-9 monoclonal antibody from Antibodies Incorporated is produced from clone aE11. It detects horse, human, non-human primate, and pig Complement C5b-9 and is Protein A or Protein G purified. Works in ELISA, IF, IHC, WB.

Immunohistochemistry detection of Complement C5b-9 in human tonsil tissue using Anti-Complement C5b-9 Antibody (Cat. DIA 011-01-010). Tissue was mounted and pariffin fixed. Heat induced antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer, heated, and then blocked. After washing, the primary antibody (Cat. DIA 011-01-010) was incubated with the sample at a dilution of 1:10. Vascular endothelia and dendritic cells of germinal center have strong and intensive label.
