Anti-PSD-95 Recombinant Guinea Pig Chimeric mAb (K28/43)
Our guinea pig Anti-PSD 95 recombinant monoclonal antibody is a chimeric antibody derived from NeuroMab clone K28/43. It detects chicken, human, mouse, non-human primate, and rat PSD 95 and is purified by affinity chromatography. KO validated. Works in WB, IHC, ICC, IP, ELISA.

Proteins were transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk powder. Anti-PSD-95 antibody was incubated with sample at a concentration of 1 ug/ml and then detected via chemiluminescence (40 sec) using a Goat Anti-Guinea Pig H+L, HRP conjugated secondary antibody.
