Anti-Kv1.5 K+ Channel Antibody (K7/45)

Our mouse Kv1.5 K+ channel monoclonal antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from clone K7/45. It detects human, mouse, and rat Kv1.5 K+ channel and is purified by Protein A chromatography. Works in WB, IHC, ICC, IP, ELISA.

Immunoblot on adult rat brain membrane (RBM) and lysates from Kv1.5-transfected (COS+) and untransfected (COS-) COS cells.
Immunofluorescence staining transiently Kv1.5-transfected COS cells.
Representative western blots for native IKur/Kv1.5, and H2S producing enzymes CBS, CTH and MPST at different pacing time periods (2–8 hr) in the absence of GYY4137 (a H2S donor) or with incubation with GYY4137 (horizontal line), compared to control unstimulated conditions (0 h) in HL-1 cells. β-actin was used as loading control in all western blots.
