Anti-Kv1.1 K+ Channel (External) Antibody (K36/15)

Our mouse Kv1.1 K+ channel (external) monoclonal antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from clone K36/15. It detects human, mouse, and rat Kv1.1 K+ channel (external) and is purified by Protein A chromatography. Works in WB, IHC, ICC, ELISA.

Immunolabeling of postnatal 14 mouse CA1 (Axonal Initial Segment, Interneuron) specifically labeling extracellular Kv1.1 (Cat. 75-105, 1:200, green) and Ankyrin G (red). DNA labeled with DAPI. Mice transcardially perfused with cold 4% PFA in PBS, brain removed and postfixed overnight. 50 uM slices as floating sections, antigen retrieval performed with sodium citrate at 80 C for 30 min before immunolabeling.
