Anti-HA Epitope Tag Antibody

Our Anti-HA Epitope Tag Antibody chicken polyclonal primary antibody from Aves Labs is produced in-house. It detects n/a HA Epitope Tag Antibody, and is affinity-purified IgY. Works in ELISA, IHC, ICC, IP, WB.

Western blot. Left Lane -- Cultured COS cells were transfected with a plasmid containing the SAP1a cDNA fused with an HA epitope tag at its C-terminus. Right Lane -- COS transfected with an empty plasmid vector. 25 µg of protein loaded in each lane.

HeLa cells transiently transfected with TFPI, TFPI2, mTFPI, SEMA6A, or FZD2 were exposed to FLAG-tagged TcdB4.21286–1805 (5 µg/mL) on ice for 60 min, washed, fixed, permeabilized, and subjected to immunostaining analysis. Expression of exogenous proteins was confirmed by detecting fused HA (Cat. ET-HA) or 1D4 tag. Nuclei were labeled with DAPI (blue)
TFPI, TFPI2, and mTFPI were expressed in HeLa or 5637 cells via lentiviral transduction. Expressed exogenous TFPI proteins in cells were confirmed via immunoblot detecting the triple HA tag (Cat.
