Immunofluorescence of rat cortical neuron-glial cells showing strong cytoplasmic labeling of a small population of developing neurons and their processes with Anti-DCX (Cat. 451-DCX, 1:1000, red) while Anti-MAP2 (Cat. 1100-MAP2, 1:10,000, green) labels dendrites and perikarya or mature neurons, and additional nuclear staining was done with DAPI (blue).
