Transfected cell immunoblot: extracts of COS cells transiently transfected with Myc-tagged LRRK1, LRRK2 or untagged Kv2.1 plasmid and probed with N341/12 (left) or N241A/34 (right) TC supe.
Bulk Order Anti-LRRK1 Antibody
Leucine Rich Repeat Kinase 1 is encoded by the gene LRRK1. LRRK1 is a member of the protein kinase superfamily, TKL Ser/Thr protein kinase family, ROCO subfamily. LRRK1 is a multi-domain protein that is a leucine-rich repeat kinase and a GDP/GTP binding protein. LRRK1 is thought to play a role in the regulation of bone mass. LRRK1 is overexpressed in lymph node and uterus. Diseases associated with LRRK1 include Osteosclerotic Metaphyseal Dysplasia and Parkinson Disease 3, Autosomal Dominant.
Purified by Protein A chromatography
Fusion protein amino acids 1695-2015 (C-terminus) of human LRRK1 (accession number Q38SD2) produced recombinantly in E. Coli.
Aliquot and store at ≤ -20°C for long term storage. For short term storage, store at 2-8°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the vial prior to removing the cap.
Produced by in vitro bioreactor culture of hybridoma line followed by Protein A affinity chromatography. Purified mAbs are >90% specific antibody.
10 mM Tris, 50 mM Sodium Chloride, 0.065% Sodium Azide pH 7.125
Does not cross-react with LRRK2
Each new lot of antibody is quality control tested on cells overexpressing target protein and confirmed to give the expected staining pattern.
These antibodies are to be used as research laboratory reagents and are not for use as diagnostic or therapeutic reagents in humans.
