Anti-GluA2/GluR2 Glutamate Receptor Antibody (L21/32)

Our mouse GluA2/GluR2 glutamate receptor monoclonal antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from clone L21/32. It detects human, mouse, and rat GluA2/GluR2 glutamate receptor and is purified by Protein A chromatography. KO validated. Works in WB, IHC, ICC, IP, ELISA, EM.

Primary cultures of rat hippocampal neurons were treated at DIV9 with either 2 μg/μl sOligo or PBS and analyses were performed at DIV16.
