Antibody Purification - AKTA purification

Antibodies Incorporated can provide you with a wide range of purification options from salt fractionation to affinity purification, against our antigens or your custom antigen. Once purified, we also offer antibody fragmentation with pepsin or papain, yielding F(ab')2 or F(ab) fragments. Additionally, all of these processes are completely scalable depending on your requirements. All custom purifications and fragmentations are analyzed by electrophoretic and chromatographic methods, and you will be provided with a certificate of  analysis to ensure the highest quality reagents.

Antibody and Antigen Conjugation - Scientist with Centrifuge

We can conjugate to enzymes and fluorphores. Alkaline Phosphatase and Horseradish Peroxidase, give you excellent performance in assays from ELISA to Western Blot using either chemiluminescent or colorimetric substrates. Our fluorophores are useful for Immunofluorescense microscopy and flow cytometry. We offer a complementary line of conjugates including FITC, Texas Red™, and TRITC. These can be used individually or for co-staining experiments. All custom conjugates are analyzed by electrophoretic and chromatographic methods. You will be provided with a certificate of analysis to ensure the highest quality reagents.
